CareerSource Southwest Florida: The Southwest Florida Workforce Development Board, Inc., doing business as CareerSource Southwest Florida serves the workforce development initiatives in our five-county region of Charlotte, Collier, Glades, Hendry, and Lee. It delivers a variety of employment and training programs through a network of full-service career centers in Port Charlotte, Immokalee, Naples, Clewiston and Fort Myers, with satellite offices in Cape Coral and LaBelle.

Champions for Learning: Founded in 1990, Champions for Learning, the education foundation in Collier County, is an independent, not-for-profit 501(c) (3) organization that makes it possible for our community to impact lives by enriching the environment for learning through educators and directly with students.

CollierEDO: Collier EDO is a collaboration between the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce and the Collier County Office of Business and Economic Development. Formalized in late 2013, the two entities work together to provide comprehensive economic development services to all of Collier County. The Chamber is responsible for the traditional economic development activities such as business retention, expansion, attraction, talent development and the relationships with Enterprise Florida and the Florida Power & Light Economic Development Office. The County oversees the regulatory environment, incentive programs and the management of the County’s two Accelerators.

Future Ready Collier: A network of organizations, businesses, schools and community members working to ensure every child in Collier County is ready for Kindergarten, and every young person enters adulthood with a vision and plan to accomplish that vision. Future Ready Collier is a FutureMakers Coalition Partner, and the goal of the regional coalition is to transform the Southwest Florida workforce by increasing the number of college degrees, certificates or other high-quality credentials from 27 percent to 40 percent by 2025.
