“The proudest accomplishment that was possible through my connections with the LCF would be my internship at the Naples Airport Authority. It was through my connection with one of the Leadership Collier mentors (during a speed interview activity) that I was able to connect with the airport manager, Chris Rosansky. Through this connection, I was able to build experience and network with other people in my desired career field around Florida.”

“I really feel that I have made a positive impact in Collier County by being involved by volunteering in several ways. I also feel I have become a better leader and accomplished so much more than I ever dreamed of by being involved in the community!

My proudest accomplishment was hiring a homeless teenager from Youth Haven.

“My most meaningful experience was chairing the class ALC class of 2018. Being in a position to directly impact a group of aspiring leaders, many of whom I consider to be my peers, was rewarding and affirmed my passion for LCF. The fruits of my engagement with LCF are too many to count.

The LCF experience is a platform from which individuals can develop lifelong bonds.

“If it wasn’t for LCF I would be currently working for another company, my LCF connections encouraged me to follow my dream of owning an advertising agency. Fellow LCF alumni have also backed it up by providing my agency business and referrals to successfully launch. The first months are difficult, nothing moves as fast as you want it to move, expect the bills, those come right away, but my LCF family delivered and took me from red to black, and now green.

“My proudest accomplishment through LCF has been getting to know so many great people in our community with such a diverse range of backgrounds and interests and being able to connect in a meaningful way as we work together for the common goal of making our community better every day.  That is what makes Naples so special and differentiates it from any place else.  LCF has played a significant role in making that possible with their leadership programs and initiatives. “

“I sincerely believe that the Chamber’s Leadership Collier programs have unequivocally strengthened the bond between local government, law enforcement, the school district, and the business community. While these groups would work together without LCF, I am sure my level of communication and understanding of a shared vision would not have been possible without LCF. I am most proud of how LCF has significantly improved my ability to be effective and efficient in serving this community.”
